CxFirst is an award-winning French tech startup, created by Qualimetry , a marketing research firm specializing in customer experience management, with large and small account customers (more than 100 brands such as car manufacturers, retailers, banks, etc.) , developing the customer experience network management and coordination hub.
We are developing a SaaS platform for processing and visualizing large volume data, in real time, flexible, with dynamic front-end content management (development of a CMS), a microservices architecture, a REST API, and a suite of interconnected tools. We do both back, front and data.
Our objectives are: to co-build a maintainable and scalable solution to meet the needs of our customers, to develop our microservice and API architecture, to optimize our database cluster, to streamline the user journey, and to develop our CMS.
We already have the trust of many brands and key account customers such as: Renault, Mercedes, Saint-Gobin, Société Générale, Sergic, etc.
